Arrived in a reasonable time 6 days west to east coast. When opening the box and protective plastic bag I found a teaspoon of metal beads inside the bag. I called Pulsar and they didn’t have much to say about it other than they have not heard about it before. I thought that was strange and that they would want to review their QA inspections. I thoroughly checked everything fuel tank, crankcase oil, air filter but nothing found. I blew it off with a leaf blower and proceeded to prep it to start it on LP. Everything went well and let it run for ten minutes. Proceeded to hook up to the transfer switch and powered up several house circuits with no issues. I ran it for about an hour checking everything after applying different loads. Fortunately, everything seemed to go well but I am still confused why/ how those metal beads would have gotten there. I would recommend this product to others aside from the issues I ran into.
