This special butcher paper is white with a plastic (polyethylene) finish on one side that is ideal for freezing meat and keeping your food safe. Unlike regular butcher paper, freezer paper allows you to freeze food for up to one (1) year. The poly coating provides a moisture barrier, and its softness and flexibility allows you to easily wrap foods to provide maximum protection against air or dirt. This freezer wrapping paper significantly reduces the risk of freezer burn, helping food to retain its freshness and flavor. Multipurpose meat wrapping freezer paper can also be used for lining baskets that will hold French fries and chips.
